We are a kitchen. We are a team.
In our kitchen on the island, young cooks from the community work hand in hand. They master Malagasy classics like Ravitoto and Romazava just as well as international techniques. Soon, they will create something special for guests from all over the world. The feedback comes directly: a smile, a compliment, a guest who stays to buy another loaf of bread.
